Warranty Information

ALBA Sink will give an equivalent replacement of any stainless steel sink supplied by us that is proven to be defective, within a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase, to the original owner.  In the case of a warranty claim the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase. 

Our warranty does not cover any damages which might be caused by the product.  ALBA Sink reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to the replacement of the sink.  All decisions are final and the replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation. 

ALBA Sink shall not be liable in case of:

- Improper installation

- Damages resulting from abuse, misuse, or negligence

- Improper care or maintenance

- Any modifications made to the product after it left ALBA Sink premises

- Commercial application
